The brief
A family returning from abroad wanted a warm, characterful home unlike the standard boxes on their street.
The challenge
Sourcing durable timber for the cladding and vaulted roof frames that would last in Ibadan’s climate.
Our solution
Treated hardwood from verified suppliers, a protective rain-screen detail and glulam roof beams gave the home its signature look with minimal maintenance.
