Frequently asked

How much does it cost to build a home?

It depends on size, design and finishes. After a free site visit we give you an itemised, fixed-price quote — so you know the full cost before any work starts.

How long does construction take?

Most homes take 6–14 months from groundbreaking to handover, plus around 8 weeks for design and approvals beforehand.

Do you handle building approvals?

Yes. We prepare all architectural and structural drawings and handle every permit with the relevant authorities on your behalf.

Can I build while living abroad?

Absolutely — many of our clients do. You’ll receive weekly photo and video reports, and can join site meetings by video call.

How are payments staged?

Payments are tied to completed construction milestones set out in your contract, so you only pay for work that’s been done.
