In 2014, our founder built a home for his own parents — and swore he would never cut a corner. Twelve years and 250 homes later, we still build every home like it’s for family.

The first home we built, 2014.

That’s the standard we hold ourselves to. Every PrimeCraft home is built by our own engineers, priced in writing before we start and covered by a 10-year structural warranty. If we say a home will be ready in twelve months, we mean twelve months.
