01Who we are

PrimeCraft Construction Hub Limited (“PrimeCraft”, “we”, “us”) builds homes and helps people buy and sell property in Nigeria. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our registration number is RC 0000000.

Our office is at 12 Placeholder Avenue, Lagos, Nigeria.

02What information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

  • Details you give us in our forms — your name, phone number, email address, the property or project you are asking about, and anything you write in your message.
  • Details of a property you want to sell, such as its location, type and size, and any photos you choose to share.
  • Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, and any records of our conversations.
  • Basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your device type, browser and the pages you view.

03How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and arrange viewings, site visits, valuations and quotes;
  • provide the building, buying and selling services you ask us for;
  • keep you updated about a property or project you have shown interest in;
  • improve our website and services; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

04Our lawful basis

We process your information because you have asked us to (for example, by submitting a form), because it is needed to provide our services or enter into a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

05Who we share it with

We share your information only where necessary, and only with:

  • our own staff, engineers, surveyors and advisers who need it to help you;
  • service providers that help us run our website and communications — for example hosting and security, email delivery, WhatsApp and mapping services — who may only use it to provide those services to us;
  • lawyers, banks, surveyors and government bodies where a property transaction or approval requires it; and
  • regulators, courts or law enforcement where we are legally required to.

06How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to a project or sale are normally deleted after a reasonable period. Records connected to a build, sale or purchase are kept for as long as the law requires, and for as long as needed to honour our warranties and defend legal claims.

07How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website and restricted access to enquiry records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents or financial details through the website’s forms.

08Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information, or restrict how we use it, in certain circumstances;
  • object to our use of your information, and withdraw your consent at any time; and
  • complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe we have mishandled your information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
