Our flagship six-bedroom mansion with an infinity pool, cinema room and staff quarters across 900 m² of finished space.
The brief
A landmark waterfront home with the finish, services and entertainment spaces expected at this end of the market.
The challenge
Reclaimed land demands careful geotechnical work, and the infinity edge had to be perfectly level over a long span.
Our solution
Deep piles, a laser-levelled pool shell and a dedicated services core kept every system accessible and the finish flawless.
