Twenty-four terraced homes on a gated estate, delivered in phases with shared amenities and landscaped streets.
The brief
A landowner asked us to turn a two-hectare site into a gated community of family terraces that could be sold off-plan and delivered in phases.
The challenge
Building and selling in phases means finished homes sit beside active construction, so safety, access and noise had to be managed carefully.
Our solution
We separated the site into build zones with their own access roads, completing infrastructure first so each finished phase feels like a finished neighbourhood.
